Trees2357, keep weaning down off the Klonopin, 1/4mg ev 2 weeks (never going back up) Never stay stuck, always keep weaning. Staying stuck on a lower dose only makes the symptoms linger on longer since it is not enough to keep them away.

You will get better. It is not easy, nothing worthwhile ever is. This is when you will have to dig deep inside you and find that glimpse of strength. We all have it. If anything, think of the put downs and the people who give you a hard time with anxiety. Do it for yourself to show everyone that you will not be manipulated by this mental illness.

It's scary, I won't deny that. Maybe you can try what I did when weaning off Ativan. Have a start and finish date on a calendar. Starting with 2 1/2 mg left to go and cutting down 1/4mg ev. 2 weeks gives you 20 weeks left to go on weaning off your Klonopin. The end date will be November 21st (2 days before Thanksgiving)

Sometimes this helps by not making you feel it's a forever thing. These small steps will lead to your finish line. You can do this. x

Hello. Sorry, you sound a bit down, but you have made it through the decrease in Klonopin...it was not a great decrease, and it seems the doctor knows how to decrease your Klonopin in by small amounts so it won't cause you a bad reaction. Are you still going to your partial day program? Do you stay at your parents' home during the week or weekends?

Please go to the Facebook group Cymbalta Hurts Worse. You can find out all the side effects of taking Cymbalta. Even tho it is supposed to help anxiety, sometimes it seems to make it worse. I am weaning off of it now per the rules on this site. You have to do it very slowly. Sometimes docs want you to go too fast and it makes the withdrawals worse.
