Help! Has anyone had a chin pulling tightness sensation on one side of the chin muscle? Happened to me for the first time tonight and it feels really weird and scary and I'm panicking. Google said it could be related to anxiety/stress, or a tumor, lol. Felt so weird. Anyone felt this before?

Anxiety and stress has caused numerous symptoms in my body. Twitching, pulling in chest, churning in chest, etc. I've had different pullings in my face, pressure in my face, numbness in lips etc. So I don't doubt that it has something to do with anxiety.
I've been getting them twitching sensations in my stomach since last Sunday! It's driving me absolutely insane 😞
