Numbness is the feeling of today, I'm feeling slightly better than last night. Knowing there is people out there too listen helps. But sometimes it's not enough, I hate feeling like this constantly it's to much of a battle I can't cope anymore just wish I could be happy again, it feels like so long ago that I felt like that. Palpitations have been in full action today! 😓

DancingMind94, you report to us your latest symptoms of anxiety and repeat that you can't cope with them. But you're not expected to cope with them, you should be expecting to recover from them through a recovery plan that you have decided upon which I would think includes reading one of the many excellent self help books such as those of Claire Weekes. Any progress in this direction? Anything positive to report?
I get numbness in the face and lips. When I get my panic attacks my numbness travels throughout my whole body. Try and control your breathing. Take deeps breaths and make sure you are breathing and not hyperventilating. Its a process but one day you will get through it and be happy. You just have to believe. All the best!
