Increase anxiety starting lexapro .10

I started lexapro .5 for a week and now it's been 4 days on .10. I wake up much more anxious and unsettled and have to take a xanax. Is this normal?

I've heard it is I haven't taken any ssri's but from reviews I've seen it's normal, it's just your body trying to adjust to the chemicals, I've seen that it takes a couple days to subside

I just got off of Lexapro. It is completely normal to have increased anxiety with increased dose. Give it at least a full 2 weeks to subside and adjust.
