Anxiety started again....

Hiya all.. so i havent posted in a while.. but... i have been having anxiety symptoms AGAIN, thought it all stopped i was getting better no panic/anxiety attack for a year then out of nowhere my hearts beating really fast im getting anxious... it starts all over again... is this normal for panic/anxiety to stop then just start all over again.

I do think it's normal, i've heard panic attacks can occure like twice a year or Something like that. Hope you'll feel better!

Hi there! I'm relatively new here. The same thing happened to me! I went for a little over a year with no anxiety or panic, and then suddenly it came back with really scary nocturnal attacks and health anxiety. It's been awful. I've been trying to think about what might have changed between then and now. My heart has just started racing at night out of nowhere. I've had a couple of good nights lately, but I'm still nervous about having another one, and it sucks.

Hi Lauren, is exactly the same at the moment. It's come out of nowhere and I'm terrified. I was put on antidepressants years go which helped massively but over the last few months I've been struggling. This weekend has been awful, I feel exhausted but I can't sleep as I wake up with terrors. Anxiety is the worst. X
