Hi Chloe, it awful to suffer from anxiety but reassuring to know you are not alone. My advice would be to start with the GP and ask for some medication and to be signed up to CBT too. I find my medication doesn't always work well and I have awful days but on the whole, I can get through the day alive and well while I'm taking it. I haven't been able to start CBT yet but I know from other people how useful it can be, let's hope it can be for you too!
