I know i have had ups and downs but now my heart rate is slow after the bad attacks last week. I am normally 70 and 80s now im 50s and 60s. I know this because i do have anxiety and take pulse alot. Not afraid of this really but do wonder why it happens. Adrenal fatigue????

That happened to me after a panic attack. It went back up to 60's/ 70's after a month or so.

I obsess over my HR as well. When I am relaxed it is 70 or 80s but once I get up and moving around it is 100-125. Heart rates are so weird and scarey. I feel like yours is normal. Maybe recovering?

I am like you tho normally, it sucks having your heart race like that. The doctor was like, " why are you checking?" i said how about you have a heart rate of 158 bpm while sitting and let me ask you that question.
