Ocd intrusive thoughts

Hi, I'm new here, anyone suffer with unwanted thoughts while taking citalopram, know they are silly random thoughts but still make me anxious on occasion

What kind of thoughts?

Like random thoughts of something I don't want to think about, like an ex used to keep a picture of his mom who had passed away and it pops into head as I don't want to focus on it, it's annoying. I also have health anxiety and so worry about that. I'm on cipramil/citalopram twelve years, just wondering can you build up an immunity to it. Thanks for reply
