Numbness in head

I am new to the site. For the past 2 weeks I have had a feeling of numbness and pressure on my brain and pressure on my nose and cheekbones. I don't wake up feeling this way and it seems to progress as I move through the day.

I also get pressure and numbness in my brain mine is very random and it comes and goes sometimes it can be really strong other times not so much I think it's all because of the anxiety!

I think you are right, I was taking a new medication and I developed a number of symptoms that left me worried all the time. When I changed the medication the nausea and other symptoms went away but the numbness in my brain comes and goes depending on my anxiety levels.

Definitely caused by anxiety. Did you recently stop taking a medication for anxiety?

Thanks and yes, I recently changed meds. I think it was the combination of having a bad reaction to the new medication (nausea, headaches and blurred vision) and then the anxiety that set in ... that is when I began having the numbness in my brain. I have stopped the new medication and am feeling much better. I still get the numbness in my brain if I am upset.
