Welp here we are again! My anxiety is trying to get the best of me this morning trying to make my body tense and giving me random pain to panic and think the worst about. Anyone else having anxiety right now or just got through their episode? Share and tell me how it came about!

This happens to me every morning BUT I know what it is and I know it will pass. I literally ust ignore it, eat my breakfast and go about my morning. It takes getting used to, trying to stop thinking about it but it works. Mindfulness and prayer for me. They get my mid off of it and I feel great after.
The best part about anxiety is knowing what it is when it hits you. Therefore you can rule out so many other serious health conditions, then you know not to panic. Hope this helps.

I just hate the feeling that comes over my body it's so overwhelming! I just got some blood work done yesterday and they called me back today to do another test because my hemoglobin came back low. So I'm a little worried but not really I just want to relax but with this anxiety it's almost impossible!
