Sertraline and diazepam for anxiety

I've started taking sertraline and diazepam for anxiety. I feel awful and sick. Does anyone else take these too? If so, how do you cope? . My anxiety levels are so high I'm having attacks at night when I'm fast asleep

Oh you poor thing....yes I have taken sertraline and diazepam. ...but suggest that you look at diet and exercise and breathing ....Google. ...for these if you can.... I am trying to this myself.....it's not easy. ...but we have to try.....keep going ...you are in my thoughts....keep going...

Yes Muss you are not alone....wish I could locate a good brearing site for you.... go on Google and put in breathing .....I don't know how to get back to you... I'm not that tech savvy....sorry. ...

I used to be on sertraline but am now on lofrapramine for depression this was increased not long ago because of anxiety attacks I also have diazepam because of recent panic attacks but try to keep these for emergencies only. Suggest you have another chat with your GP also there are pinned posts on the right which may help, breathing exercises may also help (my gp actually talked me down from a panic attack over the phone by taking me through a breathing exercise)
