I am on holiday with my family and I had a lump in throat feeling yesterday and I've had no sleep at all and now it feels worse. It feels like I need to get loads of thick phlegm up but nothing's budging. I can't swallow properly at all and I'm worried that something bad is wrong with me cos I've never ever had this blocked feeling before like this

Where u staying? And lots of cough and chest infections flying about so don't worry

I am in lanzarote. I don't go home until Sunday and I'm worried bout flying incase I still feel like this

Chill out relax and enjoy the sun with anxiety you can get weird breathing lumps in throats things happening, I get it a lot like I can't breath and no energy but you gotta push through it,
