Hi guys I fill I'll and it's making my anxiety worse how can I carm the anxiety down plz

Breathe deep and hold it for 10 sec's then breath out slowly, repeat.

Ok thank u I have healf anxiety so I think it makes me fill worse then I am

Yeah it does. I had bronchitis at Xmas and it triggered mine off something terrible, i couldn't sleep because if it. Mind you i couldn't actually breathe so maybe there was some truth in my madness !.

You'll be ok just rest and breathe slowly and deep. It will all soon be over and you'll be back to normal health.
