It sure is a good thing I'm good with blood and pain.. in 4 months I've had more injections and blood tests than I have had in my whole life!
The blood test tomorrow is for protein as I've lost a lot of weight... funny that considering my last name is weight!
Considering I'm new to this world of Anxiety and PTSD, did anyone here suffer appetite loss at the beginning? I used to be almost 11 stone, I was no bodybuilder but I was in pretty decent shape if I may say so myself. Nowadays I spend most of the day in bed lacking any energy to do anything let alone workout. Wondering if and how I can get back into the swing of things. Really unsure why I have lost motivation in life but most days I really couldn't care.
Ah well as the old saying goes... life goes on and it sure does!
Hope everyone else here is doing good today!

Hi! Just wanted you to know someone was "listening". What's with all the needles? From the terms used in your post, gathered you must be in England or Ireland. Was there a crash with your bike?
Thank you Hidden . Yeah to cut a long story short I was involved in a serious crash (a guy smashed into my bike at 60mph). Damaged my inner ear causing dizziness. Now I'm showing signs of PTSD and Anxiety (according to my doctors) so they're just running multiple tests on me to rule out anything else. Ive also lost a lot of weight since the crash so todays test was to check if I was lacking in any nutrients.
