Anxiety and trouble speaking?

Hello everyone,

First off, let me say that I'm on day four of Celexa at 20mg, and so far it seems to be going pretty well. I've just got one huge setback of physical symptoms that I can't seem to get past.

Any similar stories would be very helpful.

Ok, so when I'm talking I can speak just fine. Expept for my T, Z and S sounds. When saying words with those letters included my mouth just feels goofy. My teeth are hitting together and it hurts very badly. It's like I don't remember how to speak correctly, or as if part of my mouth isn't responding correctly.

Of course, this brings me to worrying about some neurological stuff or muscular stuff. But if that was the case then it would be with saying all words, right?

I can't explain this one. Anyone else ever have issues similar to this?
