idk know about you but when i get the wavy feeling in my body i listen to music which helps me calm down dont matter what kind you listen to just listen to what you like
Hello nmp1 I find the best way to calm myself is to do deep breathing
I use You Tube relaxation videos a lot there are 100s I find Micheal Sealeys ones the best His voice is so relaxing I usually drift off
Tensing and letting go is brilliant I find that particularly good if I'm really anxious If you feel the anxiety creeping over you tense up it stops it dead then breathe out and just let go Keep doing it until the panic has subsided which it always does It makes you really relaxed
Dr Claire Weekes books are amazing and I think anyone with anxiety has to have one her words are so comforting and her advice is the best I've ever read
I find Magnesium excellent especially at night
