Hi I have just changed my tablets and I am feeling odd feeling weird sensations. Tight throat, tingling face dizzy. I think its our anxiety getting the better of us. But it's so hard to control.

I know exactly what you mean. I'm taking Citalopram 20mg and have been on them for 3 weeks now. The first week I was on them. I had some awful feelings, like I couldn't cope. But the second week was a lot better, trust me, you need to stick with it. I'm still getting severe anxiety attacks but every day is getting easier. If it doesn't start to ease I'd recommend going back to your gp but you need to give them a chance as there's a lot of chemicals changing in you at the moment. Hope it gets easier 😊

Yes! When you read all the sites, information sheet with the tablets and your doctors advice they will tell you the first 4-6 weeks will be hard. That's why I've not given up. Anxiety and depression aren't going to go away over night and you can't expect the pills to be your magic wand. But they are a step in the direction for many.
