What's the worst trigger?

Hi I've been noticing that lack of sleep is probably the worst trigger for my anxiety I'm sure stress goes along with that but does anyone wanna share their worst triggers so maybe some people who don't know what it is that's triggering them can be informed on what to avoid or change

omg

I was seriously doing so much better when i took a 30 day break

It took everything down a notch

Now i have definitely been triggered again

Major setback but trying to let go and recover

As well for me not getting good sleep

But i fell like betablockers have help me with my racing heart

Doesnt make them completly go away but they help

Every little bit helps

Lack of sleep is the beginning. Lately when tired I start to worry about future. Getting old and not able to do my current job so well anymore. Trying to do something else and failing. So when wake up tired I don't feel like working new job and then start to get anxious anxiety about the future.
