Weird sensations in feet.

When I'm wired with anxiety, and even when it's not at its highest level, I my feet have an odd sensation. Kind of a buzzing or tingling....and I often move them and rub them to try to relieve the sensation. Anyone else? I know many nerves in the feet run throughout the body.

As i type thos i am getting this cold weird tingaling sensation amd sometimes it travels around the body weird but not teying to think about it rigjt now i have enough panic and anxiety

It passed now that i got up and started walking alot that might do the trick
