Even though I have a tough battle with anxiety , my heart hurts seeing people battle it and I wish I can take their pain away because I know how it feels . Like I say " you have anxiety , don't let anxiety have you". Advice that I need to learn to give myself , but I hope by giving it to others it's useful and can help . Anxiety is not our identity .
