Is this part of anxiety? I am forcing myself to eat and I have no interest in my food.

Yes it is part of the anxiety. It tightens your stomach muscles so the act of hunger goes away. But make sure you eat. Because if you don't then you'll have stronger aches.

The abdominal pain will go away over time as long as you know that it is just that. Actually if you focus on other things you'll notice the pain goes away.
