Can stress cause chest pains etc

So I've been getting really Sharp paint in my left side. I've had bloods done all come back normal and I've had a few ECGs done throughout the years and they have been normal. Could it be stress? If so how? I'm 20 yrs old btw

I use to have chest pains often, luckily don't have them very often now. But I went to the doctor had an ecg and blood work all came back normal. I've had in total 4 ecg's over my 10 years of anxiety and also get a physical yearly. It can be stress, anxiety, or the more you think about it the more you sense it. Since you've seen doctors like myself I wouldn't pay it much mind at all. Could be muscular also, muscle are known to be very tense with people who have anxiety. Worse thing you can do it worry about it, I know easier said than done. But it is true! Try to not pay any attention to it and see if it lessens any.
