srehman, daily headaches are sometimes caused by undo stress in your life. We tend to reach for prescription or OTC pain relievers. When used frequently, they no longer work and actually make the headaches worse. There are many non-medical ways to treat frequent headaches but first you need to see a doctor and know where they are coming from. My best...
