Anxiety problems?

Does anyone else have like a few days in the month anxiety is worse? When my anxiety is worse it's usually a week it goes on i get dizzy like....my head feels weird I feel like i cant breathe right and recently I've woke myself up feeling like I can't breathe is all this normal for anxiety? I take celexa 10mg and have been for about a year.

I've also started experiencing waking up at night feeling like I can't breathe anyone else experience this too? This and the weird/dizzy feeling in my head bothers me the most.
