Am I going to die in my sleep

Hi, I'm 16 and going through a rough time. I've had depression and anxiety since I was 11 and I'm currently on medication. I feel so bad (my stomach hurts, I'm mentally hurting, etc) that I think I'll die in my sleep.

16 and worrying you'll die in your sleep. Why on earth would you die in your sleep, do you have a health condition ?. If you don't then why death and why in your sleep.

Have fun and be young, you have plenty of time to worry about dying when your frail and old. Unfortunately death is inevitable to us all, something none of us can stop, young or old. Don't spend your time worrying about the end of life enjoy what's in the middle, life, be young and foolish, do stupid things you'll be embarrassed about when you are older.

Only regret the things that you don't do !!.
