This is my first post on this site, I have responded to other posts here, but thought I would post with some thoughts
These are some ideas that have helped me through my health anxiety:
First and foremost accept thats its anxiety(I know this is a tough one), DON'T be afraid of it..accept it...I sometimes even get mad at it.
Be as health focused as you can ..eat right..exercise (garden / walk / housework) what ever your body can handle.
Love yourself....accept all of your little flaws (yes even your anxiety)because this makes you YOU.
Take life day by day..Dont reflect on the past or fret about the future.
If you need help, ask for it.
Your mind is very powerful, it tries to make you think negative thoughts..outsmart it!! Think positive
I am by no means anxiety free, but each day I feel more and more like I am going in the right direction . It takes time and patience.
Everyone on here has the power to overcome their anxiety ..Afterall it is just thoughts in our mind that we become afraid of...Don;t be afraid. Baby steps..we can all do it!!
