Johnnie, anxiety sure does make your head feel heavy, unbalanced. Vision is like in a hazy state. Ironically, when busy with something that takes our minds off ourselves, all that disappears. It can make you feel like you're loosing your mind at times. We wonder how our brain can have so much of an effect on our physical symptoms. But it does. It's not harmful, just annoying

It can, if you accept that it is anxiety causing these symptoms. Once you do that, you will have your regular life back. Won't that be nice :)

Johnnie, I can't remember if you are on any medication at all. Or receiving therapy. Somehow, something has got to change in your way of thinking in order to rid yourself of your symptoms. I know you have gotten some excellent advice from others, but I also understand how difficult it is to put into practice when you are this afraid.

By being put on small medication for a short time, it may help you to break this cycle of fear that you are in, as well as calm down your nervous system. That will relieve you of some of the heart racing as well as make you feel more in control of your body.

Having therapy while on medication will get you steps to take in order to get back to feeling better again. Until you are mentally ready to accept what needs to be done, the fear cycle will continue.
