Haven't posted in a while feel so anxious for no reson and I've been noticing my heart beating never boverd me befor has anyone eles had this?? maybe cause I was woken at 6 this morning but my anxciety has been playing up last 3 days beathing funny when I try n sleep pain in tummy n just feel so run down 😒

Yes I have had it, sometimes when I get into bed I can hear my heart beat, have been like that since I was I kid but I don't worry about it.
Maybe you get the tummy pain checked if it hasn't gone in a few days time. It might just be anxiety tho as it us a symptom of it in some people. But get it checked just to put your mind at ease. ☺
