it depends. if its due to a drug or acute illness then it will when that settles. if youve had it for years then much more difficult but there are things you can try as detailed in the article

it happen after smoking weed but it wasnt laced or anything just cought panick attack then ever sense that day felt like that and been like this for three months

3 months is not too long yet. certainly keep clear of further drugs. ?consider psychotherapy
