Heart palpitations all day

Yes a couple of years ago I had them everyday for a week, went and gad a EKG and they were benign, the more you worry the more you'll have them, sorry but try to take your mind off them and get busy with something, that worked for me and just telling myself over and over again they were normal

can i ask what your heart palpitations feel like? just because im not sure if its heart palpitations I'm experiencing. also have you been feeling stressed? because that could be the reason.

Heart palpitations is when you feel your heart is skipping a beat or going too fast. Do you have anxiety?

I have experienced palpitations for long periods of times. My anxiety seems to reside in and around my chest and the more i focus on the physical symptoms the worse they seem. I find Claire Weekes book Hope and Help for Your Nerves to be very helpful to me i learning to accept my symptoms and float through them.

Drink lots of water, take a magnesium and potassium supplement and get more quality sleep. My palps always apppear the day after i have had a late night and am dehydrated.

If you're still there, I've been experiencing them all day everyday recently and I have no idea why. Doctors and cardiologists keep telling me it's normal but I use to feel normal and now I don't.

@bunBun33 i still feel them all the time when my anxiety goes through the roof. Omg you still feel them?
