Panic attack

I went to the hairdressers and I was getting my head shaved and I had a huge panic attack I got told it was because of the vibrations in the back of my head also I was recently diagnosed with dyspraxia what do I do

Paka23298, Regarding your panic attack at the hairdressers, I do not have dyspraxia but can't seem to handle the vibration of the dental drill. I don't like the feeling it gives me throughout my head. Dentists are no one's favorite to begin with but when I see that drill, I start my deep breathing and even with that every muscle in my body tightens up. We all have different stressors that provoke our anxiety. Short of having to pop a pill to do anything, I've learned to use other tools, one being my headphones and relaxation tapes. You are not alone in this feeling...

Now that's interesting because when I talk to people on the phone with headset ear plugs it's like it vibrates through me and I get this resal weird feeling and it makes me real anxious ?
