derealization
Here's a site I went to to understand derealization better. It was pretty good: calmclinic.com/anxiety/symp....
There's a test you can take and suggestions on what to do to stop the cycle of derealization. I'm sure other sites are good as well.
I had this for a little while until the Tranxene/clorazepate kicked in for me. It's pretty strange, but then so is anxiety.
If you dont mind me asking what is that like is anxiety or something and did you take treatment for it ?
i'm living in oman and the treatment is unavailable as i'm moving back to the u.k. in 5 months, it's your eyes adjusting the 'threat' that makes you think everything looks unreal, i feel detached from my body at times i don't feel myself which is the worst, i've delt with bad anxiety before but this is a new level for me. nothing is blurry or such, it's just looking at things in a different way that is scary, it's almost the same view that you get in a dream.
