Some clarity!!!

Oh my goodness right, for the past couple of years every now and then I get like a sudden buzz in my body but it doesn't last long. Lasts about 1 second. But it feels like an electric shock type of thing. But anyway, i suffer a lot with health anxiety and i googled it (i know i know i shouldn't have) but i found that it's to do with anxiety! Does anyone else have this too?

I'm just so happy that it's come up with anxiety which can be controlled and not something sinister.
