Hey. I suffer from depression and anxiety, but I have also trouble with sleeping because I have dark thoughts and dreams.

I'm obese and today I was afraid of going to sleep because I could die in sleep.. I know it's bad way of thinking but I can't help myself

Hi lupin96, Do you know what causes the dark thoughts and dreams? Sometimes, talking it out in therapy can help relieve you of those fears and allow you to go into a restful sleep.

As for the obesity, has that been addressed at all by your physician? Using extra pillows as well as putting blocks under the head of the bed, should allow better breathing for you. Sleep doesn't seem to be your friend with all the preoccupation of what may happen. I hope you will get some help so that you get the sleep you so need. Take care...
