Impending sense of death

Does anyone else here get a really bad sense of impending doom? Like it makes me have anxiety attacks in the middle of the night and not want to be around my friends? Does anyone else get this?

All the time, I jolt out of sleep most nights because I'm convinced "this is it" it's so horrid

I felt the same way all day and nite yesterday. It was scary. I just wanted to be alone and not bothered. Feel better soon.
