New symptom

For these past days i been having pain on one side of my face, and now my head shakes and i cant even eat omg im so scared, has anyone else experienced this?

I have similar problems like tingling and a bit of numbness on side of face also sometimes if I push on the back of my ear I hear a whistle noise, I have little or no appetite and have lost 4-5 kilograms ove the past month, it's not nice. I 'think' I get a new symptom everyday and start to worry about it then anxiety kicks in all day and then I get extremely tired, but you should go check it out at the doc's

My friend who has anxiety had a numb face for 3 months straight all due to anxiety it has gone away now but can you imagine that you would think for sure something is wrong but nothing was wrong and it went away.
