I just want to sleep and I can't this is absolutely 100% horrible. I feel like I may honestly lose my mind at times. 😔

Hi I'm in the uk it's 7.38am and Iv not slept a wink I really feel I'm loosing my mind my anxiety has been so bad the last week never have I had it like this in my life Iv been given ciltlopram been on it 3 days and I feel worse even more anxious Iv had enough my poor husband just don't understand we have an 18mth old to look after and at the moment I just can't look after him so my husband has this week off work it's getting crazy I feel crazy hope you get some sleep x

Have a lavender and Himalayan salt bath , this should help you to relax .
