Reassurance or thoughts or advice please.

I've posted a few times in the last almost 3 months about the same issues. Well, I'm still having these same symptoms on and off every day! I'll list them so it's easier to read...

Chest pain (sometimes sternum sometimes left side, sometimes right side)

Left shoulder pain

Upper left arm pain

Elbow pain (not as frequent as the other symptoms)

Left sided jaw pain

I

have had:

5 EKGs

3 Chest x-rays

Blood work

Echocardiogram stress test

ALL NORMAL!! I was told it was muscular then I was told it was "left accessory nerve impingement" I've been going to a chiropractor for 4 weeks now with no improvement. All of these pains are intermittent. They come on at random times but they do happen every day, many times a day.

Can anyone relate to this? And if so, what helped you? I don't know what else to do.

I can relate to body pains nickie420me...I think my pains happen because I tense my body up all day (even at night) and this affects my muscles. I have a hot water bottle on my back right now!,,

omg yes reading that was like reading my life health anxiety sucks and im like i know its coming so im just on edge all the time

i dont know how my family is still around i have really bad mood swings too
