UPDATE ON DIZZINESS.

After 2 months of dizziness maybe ...maybe...i finally figured out the cause..I went for an acupuncture session on Sunday and they also did some gua sha because my neck was really tight and sore.

On Monday I felt amazing..no dizziness..no anxiety..more energy and I actually was able to do more during my day. I think ai am going to keep working with acupuncture and see where it brings me.

I think the effect from Sunday it's slowly wearing off since I do feel a bit dizzy now and also a bit anxious, but it could also be due to my period since it's supposed to come in 2 days.

I went to my doctor and she run a bunch of tests and everything came back normal.

I hope acupuncture along with yoga and some meditation can help me relax and realize it's all in my head!!!

How is the acupuncture working for you? I realize its been a few months since you posted this. I am thinking of starting acupuncture.

Hi! Defenitely try acupuncture.. I am still getting treatment. I have to be honest sometimes is challengin, i also are a chiropractor. My dizziness mostly comes from neck tightness. Hope this helps

Could be vertigo..

It could be but i do have 2 bulging disks in my neck and radiating pain. Ill are how this treatment go. Do you have any vertigo?
