Can't stop worrying

Am so stressed can't stop worrying that I might die because of of my heart parptrations

I am almost eighty years old. I had palpitations for years up until I quit work in my late sixties. Doctors asked me if I drank or smoked and if I did to quit. I didn't so he told me to cut out coffee. I didn't...I kept having them all the time. Sometimes I got exhausted.. six months, after I retired the palpitations stopped. It was mainly stress. I get the odd little one if I have too much to worry about but it is really nothing...please stop worrying as it won't help. I h as 've no heart problems and I am sure you don't either

have you tried meditation just discovered a great ap called Headspace it might help

Can you get from pharmacy or you to be prescribed by your doctor
