Chest tightness

My chest feels so tight and horrible and my left arm keeps tingling as I'm worried about a heart attack. How do I know this isn't heart related. I know I suffer terrible with anxiety and I have my stress echo tomorrownkaybe I'm anxious about that. I don't know anymore

Following post as these are my symptoms too!! I seriously thought I was going to have a heart attack today and my right arm feels the same as your left one.....hugs x

I get that all the time. We're anxious about something and worried still about something. It's easier said then done when someone says to relax. Like yes I know I need to but it's not that easy. It's not heart related but we only think it bc it's in our chest. But if you're not having any pain except for tightness of chest, it's anxiety and nothing more...

I get that and numbness and tingles in my hand, mine is all related to my neck, shoulders and back muscles being so tight through anxiety
