I just had a baby and i been stressed and not getting sleep at all.

Have you got pms? Have you seen a doctor about how you are feeling.

No i dont have pms. I went to the ER and they did EKG's on me and everything is fine but idk i just convince myself that i might have a stroke or heart attack

She's just 1 month. Yes i feel down most of the time thinking that i might have a heart attack or something
