Numbness

Has anyone experience any numbness in there legs feet and fingers?

Yess i have legs n arm not severe but i can feel it

Sounds lame but I usually find that it's because I've been tensing up my shoulders or other body parts. Once I make a real conscious effort to relax my entire body the numbness/tingling goes away.
