Heart acelerated. Please help!!

Has anyone experienced heart aceleration it feels like adrenaline on my body after i wake up in the morning. Please help!!

Hi Chache, many of us, including myself, have experience heart acceleration in the morning upon awakening. It is adrenaline. Cortisol levels are at the highest in the early morning. When you already have high anxiety, the results is a faster heart rhythm and other symptoms.
