Waking up breathless

For the last two years I've been struggling with my anxiety. Over time my physical symptoms have gotten worse: sharper chest pain, lightheadedness, tingling in my arms and legs. But now I'm struggling with sleep too. I have a difficult time staying asleep because I toss and turn so much. However, lately, right before I fall asleep I wake back up feeling breathless and dizzy, like I'm about to pass out. I've even jolted up, gasping. I was just wondering if anyone else has this similar problem and if you have advice for dealing with it? I've only gotten 5 hours of sleep in the last two days and I'm at my wit's end.

I also have trouble with sleep and a lot of times I wake up thinking I'm not breathing. It's awful. I don't really have any advice seeing as how I go through it too but know you're not alone
