Anyone here get really bad tension headaches and a tense neck during stressful times? I have quite a bit going on at the moment and it all seem to be getting the better of me in terms of physical symptoms 😖

I quit smoking recently and I used to smoke more when I was stresssd but that's not an option anymore..

Can anyone recommend good ways to reduce stress please?
