Cramps in legs

Hey has anyone had leg pain so bad that they think they have a blood clot for the last couple of night I keep have leg pains. Ur tonight it's got worse I have googled it and of course it say blood clot I'm only 25 and I'm very scared I have one because the pain I'm in but I was woundering if I'm alone or has anyone else had these before

You may be depleted of magnesium and potassium. Bananas and coconut water are good. Cheers

Yes indeed Marisol91 Mine happened last year while I was working at a rehab facility. (What a coincidence huh) the pain was so intense I thought it was a blood clot I could barely walk on it! It lasted for about a month or so! One nurse told me that if it was warm to touch , red or swollen then I needed to have it checked out,but it was neither of them! I soaked in Epsom salt like every night and kept it elevated . it finally subsided ! Its probably a pulled muscle or some sort but if its any of the symptoms I named above u should probably have it checked out! Hope this helps

consult an artho doctor I had cramps like pain in my right leg as advised i have taken dopler scan from waist to foot to find out any blood clot nothing then i had a mri scan as advised it revealed some problem in spine I have taken injection as advised and continuously taking medicine now no problem now i am 70 it has happened 10 years back

If the pains are just at night it is likely they are non serious cramps and will be associated with the muscle going tense.

Blood clots are fairly rare at your age

It's not blood clot I have it too it's the anxiety especially if your stress

I get these constantly, tense, aching, trembling , Numbing Legs and feet. dr. say it's anxiety and stress related.

HI there i have had leg cramps for years im on medication for it, i have tohave a pillow between my legs. i hope you can get some help as I know how painful it is.
