Feel worse

I am feeling worse. My ribs and back hurt so bad. I'm on meds for years. I want to get better. I want my life back. I'm so afraid of the anxiety I can't stop the thoughts. All I do is cry

Hi puppy11, it really sounds like your meds are no longer working for you. Feeling worse, pain being bad, crying and unable to stop negative thoughts are all signs you need to be re-evaluated and either put on another medication or actually weaned off your prescription drugs through a qualified psychiatrist. Sometimes after being on the same medication for years, the meds actually contribute to the anxiety because of the dose not being effective any longer. Please discuss this with your prescribing doctor. You shouldn't have to suffer to this degree every day. Wish you well puppy.
