Realy bad anxiety

Just go back on citrapol and got realy bad anxiety as any one else been like this carnt relax it's driving me crazy

Yes it's just the start up side effects but they should get better in a couple weeks or so once your body adjusts to the medication. Stay strong!

Carnt relax at all been given sleeping tables that's all that seems to carm me down at nite but only works for abt 5 hrs then I'm wide awake with realy bad anxiety and panicky all day

I had the same thing happen to me it took a couple weeks before it settled down. Maybe ask your doctor for some xanax or something to help calm you down during the day. Because it's the actual pill causing the anxiety as it changes the chemical balance of your body it wasn't something I could control with meditation or my normal relaxation methods. Of course it helped me not go into a full blown panick attack though so you may want to try some meditation or breathing exercises too.
