Well get checked to see if it is an infection, if it isnt just like mine and you can feel migraines with numbness in your hands to tension headaches with aches in random areas its all part of anxiety. If your perectly healthy, then it is all in your head, anxiety is funny like that, it makes you super sensitive to all kinds of random feelings. But don't be afraid to get more than one medical opinion.
